Frequently asked questions

When does the game come out?

Launch is planned for early 2027 on iPhone and Android. The exact date will be announced here and on our social accounts.

Is the game free?

Yes. King of Banners is free to play, with optional in-app purchases. There is no energy system: play as much as you like.

Which languages?

The game is available in English, French, Spanish, Portuguese (Brazil), German and Italian.

Where is my progress saved?

On your device, and a copy is kept online on an anonymous game account created by the game. To switch phones: Settings › Online save › "Transfer code" on the old one, then "I have a code" on the new one.

Do I need an Internet connection?

Not for the campaign: it plays offline, and your online save updates as soon as you are back online. The 1v1 duel is played online. If your connection drops during a duel, the AI finishes the match for you and the result counts.

Does the game collect data?

The game keeps your online save and, if you play duels, your rating. Statistics and the Endless Siege leaderboard are only sent if you accept them, and you can turn them off at any time in Settings. See the privacy policy.

How can I see the odds of getting a card from a chest?

The odds for every chest are shown in the game, in the help section of the Rewards page.

Report a bug

Write to us and include:

  • your phone or tablet model and its iOS or Android version;
  • the level where the problem happens;
  • what happened, with a screenshot if you can.

Delete my data

In the game: Settings › Online save › "Delete my online data". Your online save, transfer code, duel rating, leaderboard scores and game statistics are erased right away. Your progress stays on your phone.

By email: you can also ask at any time for the data we hold about you to be deleted.

  1. Write to contact@kingofbanners.fr with the subject "Delete my data".
  2. Give your player name (in Settings). If your version of the game offers it, add a transfer code created in Settings › Online save: it lets us find your game account.

We delete this data within 30 days and confirm it by email. Proofs of purchase sent by Apple or Google are kept for the legal retention period of accounting records. To stop sending anything, turn off statistics and the leaderboard in the game's Settings.
