Terms of use

These terms apply to the King of Banners game (iPhone, iPad and Android) and its online services. By playing, you accept them. Last updated: 18 October 2026.

The game and its online services

The game is free. The campaign plays offline. Some features go through our servers: the online save, the 1v1 duel, the leaderboards and, if you accept them, statistics. We do our best to keep them available, but they may be interrupted (maintenance, outage, update). We may change the game: content, balance, mode rules, rewards.

Game account and save

The game creates an anonymous game account on its own to save your progress online. The transfer code lets you recover it on another device: keep it to yourself, it gives access to your game. You can delete your online data at any time in Settings (Online save › "Delete my online data"). What we collect and why is explained in the privacy policy.

Gold, gems, cards and chests

Gold, gems, cards and chests are virtual content usable only in the game. They have no monetary value, cannot be refunded or exchanged for money, and cannot be sold or transferred to another player. Chests have random contents: the odds of each chest are shown in the game before opening. Where the law forbids it, paid chests are not offered.

Purchases

• Purchases (gem packs, starter pack, season pass) are optional. They are sold and charged by Apple's App Store or Google Play under their own terms: we never receive your payment details.
• A purchase is credited once, after verification with Apple or Google. If it is not credited right away (no network), the game retries on its own; if it still is not, write to us with the proof of purchase.
• Purchased content is delivered immediately. By buying, you ask for this immediate delivery and give up the 14-day withdrawal period for digital content; Apple and Google ask you to confirm this when you pay.
• Refunds are requested from Apple or Google. If a purchase is refunded, the matching content is removed from the game (gems already spent are taken back from the next ones earned).
• If you are under 18, ask a parent before any purchase. iPhone and Android settings can block purchases.

Duel, leaderboards and player name

Your player name is visible to other players in the duel and in the leaderboards you joined. It must not be offensive, discriminatory or misleading (impersonating someone else or the game's team). Inappropriate names are replaced automatically or when reported. In duels, some opponents may be controlled by the computer, for example when no player of your level is available or when a player has left the match; the result counts all the same. Leaving a duel in progress lets it finish without you, and the result counts.

Rules of conduct

Cheating is forbidden: modifying the game, its save or its exchanges with our servers, using exploits, or trying to disrupt the servers. In case of cheating or an abusive player name, we may remove scores, exclude a player from the leaderboards or the duel, or delete their online account. To report a player: contact@kingofbanners.fr.

Intellectual property

The game, its name, the world of Aurelis, its characters, images, sounds and texts belong to the publisher or to its suppliers, who licensed them. You may play and share screenshots or videos of your games; any other reproduction or commercial use requires our consent.

Liability

The game is provided as is. We cannot guarantee that it works without any error or interruption on every device. We are not liable for lost progress caused by deleting the app without an online save, by losing a transfer code, or by use contrary to these terms. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer.

End of service

You can stop playing and delete your online data at any time. If we had to stop the online services, we would announce it at least 30 days in advance on this site and in the game; the campaign would remain playable offline.

Changes

We may change these terms, for example when the game evolves. The update date is shown at the top. For a significant change, we notify you in the game or on this site before it applies.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. If there is a problem, write to us first: we look for an amicable solution. Failing an agreement, the dispute goes to the competent courts under the rules that apply to consumers.
